Eastern Carolina Case Management, LLC (ECCM) first opened its doors October 28, 2004 in order to provide case management services.Since then, we have expanded to provide additional services, in order to better serve our community.With hard work and dedication to those we serve, ECCM has established an outstanding reputation for delivering quality services.
The philosophy of ECCM is to provide quality person-centered services that include integrating natural supports and fostering independence.We strive to increase our consumers’ independent living skills, quality of life, and self advocacy skills.The Directors of ECCM have an open-door policy with respect to our consumers, their families and natural supports, and additional professionals involved in treatment.It is important for families and others to be involved in all aspects of services provided to loved ones.We embrace our clients and pride ourselves in giving the highest quality of services possible.
We also appreciate our employees and the work they do.We strive to keep caseloads small so that individual attention and needs are met quickly and effectively.Our employees specialize in an array of different disabilities; therefore, caseloads are matched up with the most appropriate case manager based on experience, knowledge, and expertise.While employees play a huge part in the success of ECCM, our consumers serve the most important role in our agency and it is our hope that ECCM touches and impacts each consumer’s life, as much as our consumers touch and impact our lives.
